I was in the mood for some finger licking spicy food today, so for lunch I tried out this recipe. It includes chilies in three different forms so you can well imagine the kick it has. It is not for the weak hearted but for a spice loving foodie its not too hot either. I would recommend accompanying it with some fried rice or naan bread whichever you fancy.
Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken cut in Cubes 2 cups
Chopped Garlic 1 teaspoon
Chopped Ginger 1 teaspoon
Oil 3 tablespoon
Soya Sauce 1¼ tablespoon
Red Chili Flakes ½ teaspoon
Red Pepper ¼ teaspoon
Asian Garlic Chili Sauce ½ cup
Onion cut in Cubes ½ cup
Fry the onion and garlic in oil till golden brown. Add in the Chicken and cook on medium heat till the water from the chicken evaporates and it becomes a little dry. Add soya sauce and both chilies, cover and keep on medium low heat till the chicken is completely cooked. Add chilli sauce and onions, cover and keep on low heat for another 5 minutes.
Can you handle the heat?
