Overnight Oats

Guilt-free, Hassle-free, Healthy Breakfast Deserts! Yes please! With the fast paced lives we all lead (especially with toddlers and babies), the meal we all tend to compromise on the most is the absolute important meal of the day! These overnight Oats are jam-packed with nutrients, fiber and antioxidants. They slowly release energy and keep you full for hours. So creamy and indulgent they actually blur the line between breakfast and dessert and that too a healthy one! It takes literally 5 minutes to prepare and in the morning all your need to do is pick up a spoon and enjoy! With me being a complete chocoholic and my husband an avid fruit lover, these two variations keep us both happy and our tummies satisfied. So lets get started

Chocolate Indulgence

All you need to do is mix the ingredients together, put them in an airtight jar and pop them in the fridge for the night. Couldn’t get any easier than that! This fills up a pint size jar.

Overnight the oats soak up all the liquid and turn into rich, refreshing and very filling breakfast. It’s a grab and go option for those hectic mornings. You can make your own variations by adding any flavor that you love. The options are endless. The best part is, you can make these in advance for your whole week, one job off the list. Breakfast of convenience and health!

Hope you enjoy them as much as we do. Which one do you like best? Strawberries or Chocolate? Quite the old debate…
